All of our products are only produced after the payment is successful. It will take 7 – 10 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.

If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 30 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 3-4 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Gzip Car is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Gzip Car will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and…
The customer refuses to accept the package
Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Gzip Car Store reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
